Beat Licensing Usage Agreement

By purchasing a beat from Benny9ine-Linkboy, you agree to the following terms based on your selected license tier:

1. Ownership & Rights

• Non-Exclusive: All leases (Basic, Premium, Trackout, Unlimited) are non-exclusive. This means the producer (Benny9ine-Linkboy) retains full copyright ownership and may continue to license the beat to other artists.

• Vocal Ownership: You own the copyright to your lyrics and your vocal recording created using the beat.

2. Distribution & Streaming Limits

• Basic (MP3): Limited to 5,000 streams across all platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).

• Premium (WAV): Limited to 50,000 streams.

• Trackout & Unlimited: No streaming or sales limits.

• Video Use: All tiers allow for use in music videos on YouTube and social media.

3. Credit Requirements

• You must credit the producer in the song metadata or description as: "Prod. by Benny9ine-Linkboy".

4. Restrictions

• No Content ID: You are not permitted to register your song with YouTube Content ID or any automated "fingerprinting" service. This protects other artists who may have licensed the same beat.

• No Resale: You cannot resell the instrumental or distribute it as a standalone track.

5. Expiration & Upgrades

• If you exceed your stream limit, you must contact us to upgrade your license to a higher tier to remain in legal compliance.
